This, as well as my DNI are REQUIRED to read if you want to buy anything from me. if anything seems out of place, you will be rejected.
You cannot under any circumstances use my works without their watermarks or without credit. Failure to comply with this will result in a Beware on you, and immediate and irreversible blacklisting.
In the case of VRoid works, you must put somewhere on your account (or post if you only post it as a one off) that you purchased it from me. A link to one of my own social media or simply "made by Signal_Ehxx" is enough.
If you sell my works, i must be notified beforehand, and they must be compliant with my TOS/DNI as well. I may not own it after its yours, but i still made it and that means the next owner still has to comply to the rules of purchasing. All the money is yours, but i ask that you dont sell it for too much more than you got it for.
My works are never to be used in any kind of cryptocurrency related project, but ESPECIALLY not NFTs. If you find my works anywhere in this way, report them and contact me IMMEDIATELY.
If you want a design updated, please understand that outside of VRoid works, it will be a fully new comission and itll be full price... sorry bout that. Vroid updates will be half price (unless you find like... a single texture you like and want me to slap it somewhere, ill do that for you for free.)
Refunds are not available at this time. Please keep that in mind before purchasing. Payment plans may be discussed, but if you cancel part of the way through, regardless of if i have started or not, i cannot refund you due to the emergency nature of my current comissions.
